Information used

The app reads your shop identity, currency, language, products, variants, collections, images and available product translations to create catalogues. It does not request customer or order data or modify your products.

Authentication sessions and Shopify access tokens are stored on our hosting service to keep the app connected. Shopify manages subscription billing; we check subscription status and do not receive payment card details.

Catalogue files

PDFs are generated in your browser. Your chosen products, uploaded cover images and logo are held in the current editor session. Downloaded PDFs remain on your device and are under your control.

Service providers and retention

Shopify supplies product information and billing. AzeHosting hosts the application and its session database. Product images are loaded from Shopify or the image location supplied by the product. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Stored app sessions are removed when the app is uninstalled and when Shopify sends a shop erasure request. We do not maintain a separate customer database.

Your choices

You can uninstall the app to revoke access. Contact hello@gripco.dk for access, correction or deletion requests and privacy questions. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
